I want you to follow my logic about weight gain being a symptom for just a minute so we are on the same page. Because I believe if we want to achieve the status of healthy person we have to look at the whole body and not just the scale. But you have to believe my premiss before you will believe my conclusion. I want to get you thinking by looking at the opposite of weight gain:weight loss, Think about it if an older person or kid loses their appetite and stops eating we contribute this to another internal problem. We do not just try to feed the person, we do further testing. Why do not think the same when someone has an increased appetite or loss of a desire to be active?
The human body has many ways of protecting itself and weight gain is one of them. Now the disease could be many different things. It could be a break down emotionally, physically, hormonally, spiritually or most likely a combination. Over the next few weeks I would like break each of these components down and why weight gain may be a symptom of their breakdowns.
Digging into core issues of weight gain can be hard and sometimes we want a quick fix of HCG and to move on. But to get that quick fix to last we need to dig. And let me tell you as hard as it is it is so empowering.
