Why do I want to lose weight?
Why do I deserve to be healthier?
What changes if I lose 20 pounds?
Will I feel better if I start an exercise routine?
What I am going to do this year that I could not do last year because I was not healthy enough?
Here are some ideas to help with motivation?
Find a realistic picture of what you would like your body to look like. (maybe not and anbrushed picture of a super model if you are 5'2") and post it on your bathroom mirror.
Buy a pair of skinny jeans that are 2 sizes too small.
Book a vacation for the summer that you want to look good for.
Pick a goal and reward yourself when you reach it.
Stop saying I will do this or that when I lose weight -- schedule the event and then call me and we will get you to where you want to be.
Make this 2015 the year when change happens.
