The HCG Process
HCG Program Overview
The HCG Program is done in 4 steps. Each step is essential to the success of the program. At the Skinny Train we define success as detoxing your body, losing weight and keeping it off.
The first two steps start with taking 3 doses of MHP HCG per day. A dose is taken by putting 20 - 30 drops under your tongue and holding it there for 2 minutes swallowing the residual. (One dose is approximately ½ a dropper full) Do not eat or drink 20 to 30 minutes before or after each dose.
Loading Stage During the first 2 days of the HCG program, eat a large amount of food including fats and sugars. You should gain 2-5 pounds.
Diet Stage On the 3rd day the strict diet begins. Continue with the diet portion of the program until 72 hours after your last dosage. The last dosage is taken 23 to 40 days after starting the drops.
Maintenance Stage 1 For the next 3 weeks all foods are allowed except starch and sugar. Do not take the MHP HCG drops.
Maintenance Stage 2 After those 3 weeks, gradually add starches and sugars in small quantities, always controlled by morning weight.
In the diet stage you will consume between 500 and 1000 calories per day. This will be determined by you and your health care provider. You will consume 2- 3 meals per day.
We cannot recommend a caloric intake, but we highly recommend sticking to the foods Dr. Simeon recommended on his HCG protocol. These foods are anti-inflammatory and react with each other and the body efficiently. The Skinny Train is describing how we have seen the HCG program be successful in the past. We are not recommending a caloric intake, we are not western medicine doctors and we recommend you seek advice from your doctor before starting any diet or health routine.
The Diet Breakfast includes coffee or tea. You may also add-in an egg white or two if necessary.
Lunch and dinner will consist of at least 3 ½oz of approved protein, at least 1 cup of an approved vegetable, 1 serving of approved fruit, and a Melba Toast or a Grissini Bread.
Approved Proteins: chicken breast, white fish, water packed tuna, lean roast, lean ground beef, lean steak, buffalo, crab, lobster, veal, shrimp or eggs (3 whites and 1 whole). Proteins should be weighed before cooking.
Approved Vegetables: lettuce, spinach, asparagus, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, chard, onions, beet greens, red radishes, celery, fennel, or chicory greens
Approved Fruit: 1 apple, 1 orange, ½ grapefruit, or 1 cup of strawberries
Approved Bread: Melba toast or Grissini bread.
Approved Seasonings: vinegar, juice of 1 lemon or lime, salt, stevia and most plain spices.
Recommended Spices: Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Dandelion, Mustard ( 1/2 teaspoon or powder), Turmeric, Ginger, Cumin, and Chili Powder
Approved Drinks: Water, you should consume at least ½ your body weight in ounces every day. Example if you weight 150 you should be drinking 75oz of water per day. Fresh brewed tea and coffee maybe consumed but does not count as part of your water. You can consume the juice of one lemon or lime per day, and 1tsp (per day) of fat free milk.
Recommended Supplements: Liquid or colloidal minerals, B-complex, and potassium
Proteins, vegetables and fruits should me varied from meal to meal and day to day. No fats should be used in cooking.
You also need to stay away from all oils, in lotions, make up and soaps.
Starting in the Maintenance Stage and into life, if you go 2.2lbs above your set point weight (weight on the first day after stopping the drops) you can do an apple day, grapefruit and egg day, or a steak day. You can also do one of these to break a stall while on the drops.
Apple day: 4 to 6 apples eaten from lunch until bed time.
Grapefruit and egg day: Rotate ½ grapefruit and boiled eggs from noon till bedtime. You should have 1-2 grapefruit and 4-6 boiled eggs.
Steak Day: Do not eat all day and then have a large steak and raw tomato or apple for dinner.
Recommended Supplements: Phase 2 Balancing Blend, Liquid colloidal minerals, biotin and a good multi-vitamin with no sugar

Walking or Yoga Recommended at least 3 times per week
Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day.
If you weight 150 you should be drinking at least 75oz of water a day. You can add lemon and/or Stevia to your water. Limit lemon and limes to 1 per day, but you can have as much Stevia as you want.
Maintenance stage is the most important stage for maintaining your weight loss. If you stick to no sugar no starch for those three weeks a few things will happen. One is with out sugar highs and lows you will be able you decipher real hunger pains and things like low blood sugar and boredom eating. Two you reset your hypothalamus allowing your body to fight to stay at your new weight. Three you realize what foods my trigger weight gain for you. Everyone has foods that are inflammatory for their system and isolating foods helps define what those foods are for you.
